and therefore, it means information which can identify a specific living individual by name, date of birth or other description contained in such information; or which includes a code that can identify a specific individual.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cbcd232 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cbcd232\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Article 2 <b><\/b><\/strong><b>(Purpose of Use of Personal Information)\u00a0<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may acquire and use Personal Information of SkyDrive Group\u2019s customers, suppliers, SkyDrive Group\u2019s and their directors, officers, employees and other members (collectively, the <\/span><b>\u201cBusiness Partners\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) to the extent necessary for the following purposes.\u00a0 If we seek to use such Personal Information beyond the following purposes, we will obtain the prior written consent of the Business Partners whose Personal Information is concerned.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style: none;\">(1) To respond to inquiries and consultations to SkyDrive Group;<br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(2) To plan, research, develop, manufacture, sell, supply, manage, lease, or perform other actions concerning SkyDrive Group\u2019s products and services;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(3) To advertise, publicize, and promote SkyDrive Group\u2019s products and services;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(4) To accept for applications and\/or offers for SkyDrive Group\u2019s products and services, and provide such products and services to the Business Partners;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(5) To evaluate, implement, and perform contracts between SkyDrive Group and the Business Partners;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(6) To internally communicate within SkyDrive Group<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to the extent necessary for the other purposes herein;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(7) To communicate with and provide necessary information to the Business Partners in case of emergency or urgent;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(8) To carry out procedures related to SkyDrive Group\u2019s shares\/stocks and shareholders\/stockholders, creditors, and other interest holders;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(9) To carry out recruitment activities and talent acquisitions for SkyDrive Group; and\/or<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(10) To carry out other business activities related to or incidental to the above items.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-88195b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"88195b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Article 3 <b><\/b><\/strong><b>\u00a0(Management and Protection of Personal Information)<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will appropriately manage Personal Information<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as below and will not disclose or provide such Personal Information to any third parties without the prior written consent of such Business Partners whose Personal Information is concerned, except in case of emergency or urgent situations or\u00a0 in case of providing to third parties as required by the applicable laws and regulations.\u00a0 We will take necessary and appropriate measures<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">security of Personal Information against the risks such as Personal Information leaking to outside parties, unauthorized use of Personal Information, or computer viruses.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style: none;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(1) We will strive to handle Personal Information appropriately in the day-to-day business by means of forming the organization\/framework for the appropriate control of Personal Information, keeping SkyDrive Group\u2019s directors, officers, employees, and other members informed about this Policy; and<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(2) We designate a Personal Information protection management officer who controls protection and management of Personal Information, and we clarify that officer\u2019s role.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad3620b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ad3620b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Article 4 <b><\/b><\/strong><b>(Entrustment of Personal Information Handling)<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may entrust third-party subcontractors to handle Personal Information in whole or in part, to the extent necessary for the purposes mentioned herein.\u00a0 In such case, we will carefully examine their eligibility, obligate such third-party subcontractors to maintain confidentiality obligations by contract, and will conduct the necessary and appropriate supervision over such third-party subcontractors. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3a554f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c3a554f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Article 5 <b><\/b><\/strong><b>\u00a0(Joint Use of Personal Information)<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SkyDrive Group entities may jointly use Personal Information acquired by any of SkyDrive Group entities, for the purposes mentioned in Article 2 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information), provided each of SkyDrive Group entities shall remain responsible for the security of the same.\u00a0 Such Personal Information may include, without limitation, Business Partners\u2019 name, phone number, email address, affiliation, department, and job title (in the case of recruitment activities and talent acquisitions, this includes personal information such as address, skills, experience, education, and background).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cbc3afa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cbc3afa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Article 6 <b><\/b><\/strong><b>\u00a0(Requests for Disclosure, Correcting, Disuse and Erasure)<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the Business Partners request SkyDrive Group to disclose, correct, disuse or erase Personal Information retained by SkyDrive Group, or lodges complaints with SkyDrive Group, SkyDrive Group will appropriately respond to such requests and complaints in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and internal procedures set out by SkyDrive Group.\u00a0 Also, a data subject can withdraw its consent to the using of Personal Information at any time.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f1869d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4f1869d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Article 7 <b><\/b><\/strong><b>\u00a0(Procedures for Amending Privacy Policy)<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will review the content of this Policy from time to time and endeavor to improve this Policy.
